Visiting the Doneys

This past week was such a blessing! Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Gideon and I were able to spend time with the Doney Family They are missionaries on deputation who are going to work with my parents in the Philippines. We had an awesome time! They have two teenagers our age, and we really get along great! While we were there, we teenagers got to go bowling and ice-skating, my personal favorite! Since the weather never gets cold in the Philippines, we don’t have any ice-skating rinks. So last year when we experienced winter in the North, I really enjoyed learning how to ice-skate, and now it is one of my favorite things to do in the winter.
Our visit with the Doneys was a great time of encouragement and fun!
